Rescue Workers/September 11; honors dedication of American rescue workers from many states of Union who responded to crisis following terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 & expresses gratitude in particular to those who went to New York City, Washington, D.C., & Pennsylvania from Florida; recognizes September 11 of each year as "Florida Rescue Workers' Day."
