Public Records/Pesticides/Aerial; provides exemption from public records requirements for name, address, & restricted-use license number of any person engaged in aerial application of pesticides, fertilizers, or seed &, name & address of any person or entity that sells, leases, purchases, rents, or transfers any aircraft used for aerial application of same, obtained by Agric. & Consumer Services Dept. pursuant to specified provisions of Florida Statutes, etc. Amends 119.07.
