GENERAL BILL by Bullard
Sales Tax/Transient Rentals Tax; provides that portion of said tax collected during specified period by establishments collecting transient rentals tax, by public food service establishments collecting tax on sale of food or beverages, & by cruise ship companies or airlines shall be retained by such establishments & used to promote tourism & retain or rehire employees.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
