Sale of Firearms/Gun Shows; prohibits sale or transfer of firearm by gun show vendor at gun show unless criminal history background check of prospective transferee has been conducted; provides third degree felony penalty for willful & knowing provision of false identification or fraudulent information relative to sale or transfer of firearm at gun show; exempts antique firearms from requirements of act, etc. Amends 790.001; creates 790.0653.
