Flight Training School Licensing Act; creates "Florida Flight Training School Licensing Act of 2002"; provides requirements for licensure of flight training schools; provides requirements for applicants for flight training; provides for specified license fees & disposition thereof; provides procedure re inactive licenses; provides requirements re contents & posting of licenses; specifies acts for which disciplinary action by DBPR may be taken, etc. Creates 468.90-.927.
