GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Brown-Waite ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Crist

Sentencing/Terrorism; provides for reclassification of offenses the commission of which facilitated or furthered any act of terrorism; includes any felony that is act of terrorism or is in furtherance of act of terrorism as qualifying offense under felony-murder provisions; makes it crime to introduce or add poison, or introduce, add, or mingle any bacteria, virus, or chemical compound with food, drink, or medicine with intent to kill or injure, etc. Amends FS.
