Youth Custody Officers; repeals certain provision to eliminate position of youth custody officer within Juvenile Justice Dept.; repeals certain provision to remove youth custody officer from definition of "special risk member," to conform; repeals certain provision to remove criteria applicable to youth custody officers for special risk membership in Florida Retirement System, to conform. Repeals 985.2075, 121.021(15)(e),.0515(2)(g).
