Juvenile Justice; amends & repeals specified provision re definition of term "staff-secure shelter"; repeals provision re placement of child in need of services in physically secure shelter; amends provisions re certain infractions by minors constituting contempt of court, to conform; provides powers of disposition in cases involving certain misdemeanor offenses; amends provision re powers of disposition in delinquency cases, etc. Amends FS.
