GENERAL BILL by Cowin
County Article V Trust Fund; saves fund from expiration; clarifies duties of Supreme Court re use of fund; allows use of funds for operation of trial courts; revises authorized uses of fund; provides for disposition of certain civil penalty revenues into fund. Amends 25.402, 318.21.
Effective Date: 01/01/2002 if enacted by 3/5ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
