GENERAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz
Sale of Firearms/Gun Shows; prohibits sale or transfer of firearm by gun-show vendor at gun-show unless criminal history background check of prospective transferee has been conducted; provides third-degree-felony penalty for willful & knowing provision of false identification or fraudulent information concerning sale or transfer of firearm at gun show; exempts antique firearms from requirements of act, etc. Amends 790.001; creates 790.0653.
