SB 12-C: Communications Interception
GENERAL BILL by Brown-Waite ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Crist
Communications Interception; adds aircraft piracy to list of crimes for which interception of communications may be authorized; adds solicitation to commit certain offenses to list of crimes for which interception of communications may be authorized; allows judge, in investigations of acts of terrorism, to authorize continued interception anywhere within state of wire, oral, or electronic communications under specified conditions, etc. Amends Ch. 934.
Effective Date: 12/10/2001 except as otherwise provided
