GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Brown-Waite ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Crist

Public Records/Emergency-management; provides exemption from public-records requirements for those portions of comprehensive emergency-management plan which addresses response of public or private hospital to act of terrorism; creates exemption for those portions of said plan which address response of public hospital to said act; provides exemption from public-meeting requirements for any portion of public meeting which would reveal information contained in said plan, etc. Creates 395.1056.
