GENERAL BILL by Allen ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harrell
Private Security Services; provides that employment of any applicant for licensure under certain specified provision re private security services, shall not commence until required criminal history background checks have been completed; provides for denial of application for licensure if applicant has been convicted of felony; conforms cross reference, etc. Amends 493.6303,.6203.
