GENERAL BILL by Pruitt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sanderson

General Revenue Fund Transfers; authorizes Comptroller to use funds of Budget Stabilization Fund to offset projected deficit in General Revenue Fund; provides conditions & requirements for such transfer of funds; provides for repayment of amount transferred; authorizes use of Budget Stabilization Fund to provide temporary transfers to General Revenue Fund; amends provision to conform. Amends 216.222, 215.18.
