GENERAL BILL by Goodlette ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Trovillion ; Harrell
Domestic Security/Counter-terrorism; provides legislative intent re counter-terrorism efforts & initial responses to acts of terrorism within or affecting this state; requires Chief of Domestic Security Initiatives to conduct security assessments of buildings & facilities owned or leased by state agencies or local governments; requires FDLE to establish regional domestic security task force in each of FDLE's operational regions, etc. Amends 252.311, Ch. 943; creates 775.30.
