GENERAL BILL by Clary
Florida Building Code; delays date for inclusion of Uniform Code for Public Education Facilities in Florida Building Code; provides effective date for said code; delays deadline by which insurance companies are required to make certain rate filings; requires that DCA adopt emergency rule under certain circumstances; extends deadline to apply for limited certificate as building code administrator; provides for application of act, etc. Amends 553.415, 627.0629, 468.609.
