Terrorism Response Training; authorizes substitution of specified number of hours of qualifying terrorism response training for like number of hours of training required for certification for emergency medical technicians, paramedics, firefighters, law enforcement officers, correctional officers, & correctional probation officers. Amends 401.2715, 633.35, 943.13.
