Health Flex Plans; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1286,1134,1008) provides legislative findings & intent; provides for pilot program for health flex plans for certain uninsured persons; provides criteria for approval of such plans; delineates responsibilities of AHCA & DOI; exempts approved health flex plans from certain regulatory requirements; provides criteria for eligibility to enroll in such plan, etc.
