GENERAL BILL by Crist
Assault & Battery; provides enhanced penalties for offenses of assault, battery, aggravated assault, or aggravated battery on security officer licensed by Dept. of State or on investigator employed by Bureau of Regulation & Enforcement of Dept. of State; provides that person convicted of violation under act may not have adjudication of guilt or imposition of sentence suspended or withheld, etc. Creates 784.0745; amends 784.081.
