GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Criminal Justice ; Burt
DUI/BUI; reduces number of convictions required for felony DUI; amends conditions for conviction in cases of accident, serious bodily injury, or death; requires law enforcement officer to inform person that refusal to submit to certain tests is misdemeanor; provides penalty for refusing to submit to chemical or physical test of breath, urine, or blood; reduces number of convictions required for felony BUI, etc. Amends Chs. 316, 327, 921.0022, 938.07, 943.05. APPROPRIATION: $216,062.
