Firefighters/Police Officers/Pension; (Hillsborough Co.) authorizes City of Tampa to enter into supplemental contract with certain firefighters & police officers to revise benefit reduction provisions of City Pension Fund for Firefighters & Police Officers in City of Tampa; provides for purchase of creditable service in said fund for past service; provides that act is contingent upon execution of contract between city & bargaining agents for firefighters & police officers, etc.
