Driving & Boating Under Influence; reduces number of convictions required for felony DUI; requires mandatory placement of ignition interlock device under certain circumstances; revises conditions for conviction in cases of accident, serious bodily injury, or death; reduces number of convictions required for felony BUI; requires person to submit to blood test under certain circumstances; provides for application of fee to persons found guilty of BUI, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $216,062.
