CS/SB 1066: Uniform Commercial Code
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Campbell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Uniform Commercial Code; revises provisions of said code as amended to clarify & conform; clarifies application of laws of this state to security interests in goods as fixtures; revises operation of provisions specifying priority of such security interests; revises provisions governing sufficiency of indications of collateral in financing statements. Amends Ch. 679.
