SB 1068: Excise Tax on Documents

GENERAL BILL by Campbell

Excise Tax on Documents; clarifies that tax on deeds & other instruments re real property or interests therein does not apply to certain contracts & related documents; provides intent; provides that this act does not authorize tax refund. Amends 201.02.
