HB 1091: Capital Collateral Proceedings
GENERAL BILL by Wilson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bendross-Mindingall ; Heyman
Capital Collateral Proceedings; provides additional requirement for attorneys who may be listed on statewide registry of attorneys in private practice who are available for appointment to represent persons convicted & sentenced to death in this state in postconviction capital collateral proceedings; revises language re fees for representing certain capital defendants. Amends 27.710,.711.
