GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Judicial Oversight ; Smith

Sureties; exempts certain mortgages & liens from intangible personal property tax & excise tax on documents at time of recording; provides that taxes become due upon exercise of rights under mortgage or lien; provides methods other than bond for dealers, agents, or distributing agents to guarantee tax payment to Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div. of DBPR, etc. Amends Chs. 199, 201, 210, 255, 713.
