Cemetery Easements/Maintenance; grants easement for ingress & egress for purposes of visiting or maintenance of cemetery to members of not-for-profit organizations whose purposes include preservation of Florida's history; provides that inmate labor may be used to clean & maintain abandoned or unmaintained cemeteries on private lands. Amends 704.08, 946.40.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
