Public Records/Criminal Use; provides that it is misdemeanor of first degree to use public record, or information obtained from public record, to facilitate commission of misdemeanor of first degree; provides that it is felony of third degree to use public record, or information obtained from public record, to facilitate commission of felony; amends provision re offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code, etc. Creates 817.569; amends 921.0022.
