GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Negron

Probate & Trusts; clarifies existing law re representation in administration of trust; redefines term "qualifying special needs trust" established for surviving spouse; revises provisions governing sources from which elective share is payable; provides for establishment of trusts for care of animal; requires notice of statute of limitations to trust beneficiaries, etc. Amends Ch. 737, 731.303, 732.2025,.2075, 733.107,.702, 660.46.
