GENERAL BILL by King ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Peaden
Health Care; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1286,1134,1008) authorizes carriers to separate certain experience groups for certain purposes; provides limitations for rates under alternative modified community rating under certain circumstances; requires Insurance Commissioner to appoint health benefit plan committee to modify standard, basic, & flexible health benefit plans; revises disclosure that carrier must make to small employer, etc. Amends 627.6699.
