Homestead Exemption/Persons 65/Older; amends provision which allows counties & municipalities to grant such exemption; provides requirements re taxpayer's statement of household income & supporting documents; provides that submission of documentation is not required under specified conditions; authorizes random audits of such statements; provides requirements re release of tax information to property appraiser; provides for penalties & interest, etc. Amends 196.075.
