GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Gardiner ; Needelman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dick ; Heyman ; Sobel ; Kilmer
Crime Victims' Rights; provides legislative findings; provides for advisement from court to victim of crime re rights of victims; provides that such advisement is only for benefit of crime victims; provides that circuit court administrator shall work in coordination with clerk of court; provides that failure to provide such advisement shall not affect validity of any hearing, conviction, or sentence. Creates 960.0021.
