SB 124: Secured Firearms/Minors

GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf

Secured Firearms/Minors; requires that, if minor is likely to gain access to firearm, firearm must be stored in locked box or container in location that is secure & must be secured with trigger lock; provides penalties for failure to store or leave firearm in required manner, under specified circumstances. Amends 790.174.
