Video Lotteries; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1298,1326) provides powers & duties of Lottery Dept. pertaining to video lottery games; prohibits certain persons from playing video lottery games; provides requirements for operation of video lottery games; provides for licensure of video lottery terminal vendors; prohibits certain local zoning ordinances; provides requirements for video lottery terminals, etc. Amends Ch. 24, 212.02.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
