CS/SB 1350: Elections
GENERAL BILL by Ethics and Elections ; Sanderson
Elections; defines terms "alternative formats," "tactile input device," & "voter interface device" for purposes of Fla. Election Code; abolishes limitations on length of time voter is allowed to occupy voting booth or compartment; requires that all polling places be accessible by person having disability; increases penalties for making or accepting certain illegal campaign contributions, etc. Amends FS.
