Prescription Drug Fair Pricing Act; creates "Florida Prescription Drug Fair Pricing Program"; provides purpose of program; provides that Secretary of Health Care Administration shall operate said program as state pharmaceutical assistance program to provide discounts to participants for prescription drugs covered by rebate agreement; requires program participants to pay specified coinsurance amount, etc. Creates 409.960-.982.
