GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Mealor ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) McGriff
Public Records/Insurer's Workpapers; creates public records exemption for workpapers prepared by Insurance Dept., & workpapers & any other information received by dept. from another governmental entity or National Association of Insurance Commissioners, for dept.'s use in performance of specified examination or investigation duties; provides exceptions to exemption & for retroactive application of exemption, etc. Amends 624.319.
