GENERAL BILL by Diaz de la Portilla

Cell Phone Use/School Zones; defines terms "cellular telephone" & "hands-free device"; prohibits person from using cellular telephone that is not equipped with hands-free device while operating motor vehicle in school zone during time when reduced speed limit is in effect; provides that such traffic infraction is punishable as moving violation; provides requirements for signs that designate school zone, etc. Creates 316.1897; amends 318.18, 316.1895.
