Laser Lighting Devices; defines term "laser lighting device"; provides that it is second degree misdemeanor to knowingly & willfully shine beam of laser lighting device at law enforcement officer in such manner as to cause law enforcement officer to believe that firearm is pointed at him or her; provides penalty. Creates 784.062.
