HB 1391: Jurors/Registered Electors

GENERAL BILL by Bean

Jurors/Registered Electors; provides for jurors to be taken from registered electors, rather than from persons possessing driver's license or ID card; deletes provisions requiring HSMV to send lists of persons in departmental database to clerks of court; amends provisions re purging jury selection lists, to conform to amendment made by this act; provides for voter lists to be used for jury selection; deletes requirement that HSMV provide certain info. to courts. Amends FS.
