Sentencing; reenacts sections 4 & 12 of chapter 99-188, Laws of Florida; provides for retroactive application of reenacted provisions; amends specified provision to incorporate amendments contained in chapters 99-3 & 99-248, Laws of Florida, to correct cross-reference, etc. Amends & Reenacts 784.07.
