Sentencing; reenacts sections 2, 7, 8, & 12 of chapter 99-188, Laws of Florida; amends provision to incorporate amendments provided in chapter 2001-239, Laws of Florida, which redefined term "prison releasee reoffender"; provides for retroactive application of reenacted provisions, etc. Amends & Reenacts 775.082; reenacts 794.011,.0115.
