Elections; requires late registration to be done in office of supervisor of elections; revises Voter's Bill of Rights; revises provisions for duplicating defective ballots for purposes of tallying valid votes; limits information on voting problems that supervisors of elections are required to report to Dept. of State following general election; revises minimum training requirements for poll workers, etc. Amends Chs. 98, 101, 102, 97.0555, 105.031.
