Career Offenders; exempts career offender from requirement to register as convicted felon; creates Fla. Career Offender Registration Act; requires criminal who is classified as career offender & who is released on or after specified date to register with FDLE; provides exception for offender who registers as sexual predator or sexual offender, etc. Amends 775.13; creates 775.26,.261, 944.608,.609.
