Citizens' Right to Honest Government; creates "Citizens' Right to Honest Government Act"; provides criminal penalties for official misconduct, criminal misuse of official position, disclosure or use of confidential criminal justice information, & bid tampering; provides criminal penalty for perjury in official proceeding by public servant; deletes specified felonies from & adds specified felonies to Criminal Punishment Code offense severity ranking chart, etc. Amends FS.
