Uniform Warning Flags/Public Beaches; provides for cooperative effort among state agencies & local governments to plan for & assist in display of uniform warning & safety flags & placement of specified uniform notification signs; provides that DCA shall direct & coordinate program for display & placement of such flags & signs; provides for development of program; authorizes dept. to coordinate implementation of program with specified entities, etc. Creates 380.276.
