GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Clary
Public Records/Insurers' Workpapers; exempts workpapers re examinations & investigations of insurers, certain organizations, adjusters, administrators, service organizations, & others from public records requirements; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides findings of public necessity. Amends 624.319.
