Assault & Battery; provides enhanced penalties for offenses of assault, battery, aggravated assault, & aggravated battery if offense is committed on Governor, Lieutenant Governor, elected Cabinet officer, member of Legislature, mayor or chief head of municipality, member of city council or city commission, member of county commission, public defender, elected constitutional officer, or interscholastic sports official. Amends 784.081.
