Public Records/Photo/Sexual Offense; provides exemption from public-records law for photograph, videotape, digital image, electronic image, recorded image, or other visual image of any part of body of victim of sexual offense; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity. Amends 119.07.
