CS/HB 1525: Disabled Persons/Parking Permits
GENERAL BILL by Council for Ready Infrastructure ; Machek
Disabled Persons/Parking Permits; reduces term of temporary parking permits; provides for photographs on parking permits for disabled persons; transfers issuance of such permits to driver's license office within DHSMV; authorizes tax collectors to issue such permits if they have capability of processing digital image of applicant; amends certain provisions to conform. Amends Chs. 316, 318, 320, 322, 526, 553.
